Placing Your Order: No deposit required! You may reserve here or in person at our farm store. This page lists available pickup dates for your to choose from. We will then contact you with instructions to fill out your custom cut sheet, which is due one month prior to your pickup date.

Pricing: When purchasing a whole beef, you pay $4.60/lb off the hang weight, plus processing.
Our 6 hang weight for a half animal ranges between 260 and 300 lbs.

Processing fees are a direct pass-through from our abattoir partner, Finest Butcher, a USDA-inspected facility, and average between $625 and $750 per whole animal.

Picking Up Your Beef: Your beef will be boxed by our processor for easy transport and may be picked up directly at our Farm Store. Coolers are only reccomended if you are travelling a long distance.

We kindly request all pickups take place within seven days of notification. Failure to pick up within the timeframe may result in forefiture of your reservation.

At pickup, you'll reveive a gift from our team to you that showcases our commitment to utilizing the whole animal!

Availability: Our abbatoir allotments are booked a year in advance, so you will have your choice of pickup date. We currently utilize Fauquier's Finest Butcher, a USDA inspected processing facility in Bealeton, VA.
